  • The property will be placed on the Contra Costa County Multiple Listing Service (over 3500 active agents) with multiple color photographs, link to a virtual tour website and detailed information of the property. The MLS feed will be linked to, Trulia, Zillow and my website.
  • Just listed cards will be mailed to neighborhood residents and prospective Rossmoor buyers
  • A custom E-mail blast with photos will be sent to local cooperating broker agents, including TAN (top agent network) of which I am a member and my personal sphere of active and past clients and network connections.
  • With the owner’s permission, an Open House for the entire Rossmoor community, prospective buyers and Brokerage community will be held 1-2 times a month.
  • The property will be advertised in The Rossmoor News as a featured listing for Rossmoor Realty as well as a separate ad with photograph showcasing the property.
